	Donnie Stegemoller, Broker/Owner: Donnie graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1974, with a bachelor of Business Administration with an area of concentration in real estate. He received a Texas Real Estate license in 1975 and has been an active REALTOR® since that date.  He worked for three years for a local savings and loan institution and acted as manager of the REO Department. In 1989, Donnie opened his own real estate company.  In 1992, he served as President on the board of directors of the Brownwood Board of REALTORS®. 	Roberta Stegemoller, Associate, is a 1974 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is the mother of three children. She and her husband, Donnie, are members of Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. 	Josh Stegemoller is a 1997 graduate of Brownwood High School. 	Christine Healer joined Donnie Stegemoller Realtors in November of 2005. Christine is a lifelong resident of BrownCounty. She graduated from Early High School in 1992.      Christine is the proud mother of three children-Kye, Makinze and Bryan. She is married to Michael Healer, owner of Central Texas Autoplex where she helps with the office work. She has been active in the Brownwood School system often serving as room mother when her children attended Woodland Heights, and now at the Coggin Elementary campus. She also stays active with youth summer softball and baseball programs by providing support to the coaches as well as with the TYFL league. Wes Fletcher was born and raised in Brownwood, he graduated from Brownwood High School in 1996. He has one daughter, Mia, that attends first grade in the Brownwood ISD.      Wes attended Texas Tech University where he was involved in the wildlife management program. Wes then acquired a certification in Engineering Design Graphics from Austin Community College. An avid hunter and fisherman, Wes is a Ducks Unlimited Committee member, and a member of Lonesome Dove Hunting Retriever Club. Tommy Byrd has been a resident of Early for over 32 years. Tommy and wife, Reta have one daughter, one son and five grandchildren. They attend church at Early First Baptist where they have been active members since 1974. Tommy was first licensed in 1978, first as a sales person and shortly thereafter obtained his broker's license. He served on the board of directors of the Brownwood Board of Realtors and in 1983 as president. Tommy and Reta owned and operated T Byrd Realty and Tommy Byrd Construction, Inc.
